The Idukki Wildlife Sanctuary is a protected area located in the Idukki district of Kerala, India.

It covers an area of 105 square kilometers and is situated at an altitude of 450-748 meters above sea level. The sanctuary is a part of the Western Ghats, which is a UNESCO World Heritage Site and one of the world's eight "hottest hotspots" of biological diversity.

The Idukki Wildlife Sanctuary is home to a diverse range of flora and fauna, including elephants, sambar deer, wild dogs, tigers, leopards, langurs, macaques, and many species of birds and butterflies. The sanctuary is also known for its rich vegetation, which includes tropical evergreen forests, semi-evergreen forests, grasslands, and shola forests.

Visitors to the sanctuary can go on guided treks and nature walks, explore the scenic beauty of the forest, and spot wildlife in their natural habitat. There are also opportunities for bird watching, camping, and boating in the nearby Periyar Lake. The sanctuary is open to visitors from October to March, and permits can be obtained from the Forest Department.
